Implement new design of the Home Page on frontend #225

Issue

We have a layout of the home page design in Figma. We need to update the design on the frontend. https://github.com/pshenmic/platform-explorer/issues/220

Here is a list of elements that need to be updated:

Info block styles
Total block on the home page
Intro block on the home page
Lists: general element styles, lists of individual entities (can be divided into two pull requests)
Chart view
Header

Things done

Updated common blocks styles
Updated the Total Info block on the home page
Updated lists styles
Updated Chart View
Updated Total blocks style
Implemented links to entities in Total block
Updated Intro block on the Home Page
Implemented new background styles
Implemented new header styles
Minor refactoring in folder architecture and file names
Fixed Chart loading
