Subtables unable to be added to master table after being removed #1

On MacOSX with firefox 2.0.1 sub-tables unable to be added to master table
after being removed.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a table in http://127.0.0.1:8080/user_reports/Builder
2. Remove a sub-table from master table
3. Notice their is no button to reload the sub-table, re-display also
doesn't work.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For now, it is designed to be this way.

Perhaps it will be changed in the future, but it will compete with other 
features for
reports.
