David, I tried testing this bug, but I couldn't reproduce it. It might be that
(if
you were looking at my sample data) for CustomerID #20 (Dr. Joey Kumar), that
maybe
you saw that he an un-paid bill, and it seemingly let you dispense them. In my
case,
I had this guy, but when I looked more closely, I noticed that the items in the
un-paid bill were from the Main Warehouse and not the Pharmacy, and there is a
previous paid-for but un-dispensed receipt with two items from the pharmacy.
Anyway, I tried with a new entry and the logic seemed to work the proper way.
Also
make sure that the patient is not an "In Patient" since in-patients are allowed
to
receive un-paid for items (they have to settle their bill at the end).
