Completion of item transfers problem.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.10mm bars of steel, 293 units was transffered from Hospital site to STPWTPFF 
2.Now at the STPWTPFF store when I hit the complete button the transfer is
effected, But.
3.If I acidentaly hit the button another time. it keeps transferring the
same units of material and reduces the quantity in the Hospitalsite store
continiously and also shows up a negative balance at some stage... 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not tranfer any quantity more than what has actually been
tansffered from the hospital site store, whatever number of times we hit
the complete button.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 187. Unix-Ubuntu

I think I found the problem.  Next update should have the problem fixed (not
committed yet).
