Only the Latest Quote Price reflected in P.O

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is not a problem but need option to select the different Quote price.
2. We entered 2 different price quotes for a same Item and same Vendor.
2. In P.O creation screen it shows the latest quote price and its fine.
3. But we are entering our old data and it need to select the Quote price
from old quote also. Now we can't select the quote price and it comes
automatically from the last quote.

I think I understand the issue and I'll work on figuring out a work-around for 
this.

While you can't pick a previous quote price from a vendor, you can manually 
enter the
quote price when creating the purchase order.

1. Under "Purchase Order Items", select the item you want to change the quote 
price
2. Press the "Edit" button
3. Enter the modified "Quote Price"
4. Save the Purchase Order
