Tribes Table(Ethnic Origin) giving error #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Under the Configuration Admin Menu (see the screen shot) Tribes Table
(manage Tribes) giving error.
2. I have created the permission and try to entry Tribes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should work as per the Editing instruction as mentioned in "code.google"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The error comes up because one of the tables has no data and it is expecting 
some data.

If you loaded the Care2x data, you shouldn't get this error, but I added some 
code
that will automatically add a "tribe" classification to the database if there 
are no
pre-existing classifications.

It should solve the problem.
