New Catalog Item Creation - Problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Main Inventory Menu -> Item Master-> Create a New entry->Data
entered->save-> replaced the item name with "New Item" when press the
"save" button. Then if we change the name with actual name and "save"
again, its alright.
2. So for every catalog-master-Item entry we need to type the name twice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Previously it was working fine and now giving this problem. It should save
properly by one chance. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I see the problem.  Try revision 260.

Its working fine. You can delete the issue from list.
