Fix pdnsutil by adding boost-program_options
Add support for lua backend
Add libsodium for ed25519 support
Include tools like dnsscope, sdig, etc.

Hmm don't know if this is necessary and it adds about 26MB unkompressed space.

Besides fixing the missing library for pdnsutil to actually run, building the rest of the binaries / backends makes the docker image more versatile.

Your image was almost perfect for my current project, but I'm working on a lua backend and you seem to have been using exclusively mysql backed domains.

This isn't addressed by that commit.
