Make 'published' toggle in backend overview #16

Due to a better workflow one should be able to toggle between news status 'published / review / unpublished' in the news overview. At the moment the icon (the eye) is only informative, so one have to edit the news article and there again edit the header even after reviewing.

BTW, it would be useful to do this for 'highlight' and 'sticky' options also.

implemented in b0c9fcc6881cd28c5a4b830f25be62e46d92f738

i will not support highlight and sticky cause these options are rarely used and the icons are not visible if the options arent set
