Incomplete implementation of open & delete buttons #196

Please don't merge. This is a working, but possibly bad implemented proof of concept for file delete (and bucket open link) buttons in the admin page. As requested in several issues like #79 or #35. Feedback and fixes are very welcome!

@jumbi77 I would, if it get's merged in a timely manner. If psi-4ward is willing to merge it within a few weeks or so, I'll gladly make PRs.
