This PR Updates nearly all Packages to fix multiple severe security vulnerabilities.

Note that --hide-modules was deprecated, thats why it's removed.

I think this PR is outdated isnt it?

Does not require code changes on major package upgrades?

I'll close this one. Feel free to open another one and confirm enough testing with the new build.
