Bug - PSITRANSFER_UPLOAD_PASS environment variable not working #279

Hi all

The following in the readme had me particularly interested:

To secure your PsiTransfer if exposed to the internet from unwanted, non authorized uploads use the PSITRANSFER_UPLOAD_PASS environment variable

I have added this variable to my compose file and recreated the container, but it seems to have no impact/effect what so ever

Deleted the volume dir and recreated again, seems to work now!
