Remove deprecated bindWithEvent method. #10

Replace the deprecated bindWithEvent (http://mootools.net/docs/core/Types/Function#Deprecated-Functions:bindWithEvent) with a "correct" JS replacement. "correct" means, no mootols bind'ing sh\ is required. ;-)
