App crash window dialog

At begining, the description was updated at my request.

But it is not good, example in this case:

Badly, Windows uses the description and not the name in the app crash dialog...

In first the "." is in more. In second, it must be only "Psi" or "Psi+".

We must to change it.

@tehnick: Look the screenshot, the dialog window title and the second title, it is too big. Psi or Psi+ only are better.

Microsoft uses only description value of application? No other possibility?

Maybe we can change it to something simpler? So it'd look better in the crash dialog and task monitor.
