Add vCard items to groupchat toolbar and context menu on groupchat in roster #541

Psi have an option to view the chatroom's vcard, but it's location is complicated and not intuitive (as part of the "Configure Room", that designed for administrators of the chatroom).

Proposal:

  1. Move the chatroom information to a separate window, untie it from "Configure Room" window;
  2. Add an option in the context menu of a chatroom in the roster, like "Chatroom Info" by analogy with the "User Info" for the ordinary contacts (don't forget about hotkey);
  3. Add a toolbar button.

OS: Windows 7 x64

The solution is to have the "User Info" (vCard) icon in groupchat toolbar and roster like other.

In more vCard tab for administrator in MUC Room Configuration.

@Ri0n: It is possible to harmonize chat and groupchat about "User Info" (vCard)?
