Improve the DOAP file, add XEPs #755

Closes #715.

For info about XEPs, I checked CHANGELOG, recent commit history and https://github.com/psi-im/psi/wiki/Supported-XEPs

XEP-0384 (OMEMO) is partial because of broken file encryption, I added a note about it.

@butyoutried: Excellent, thanks for your PR :)

Two remarks: 1/ I think it is better to have BSD than FreeBSD, because there are a lot of BSD possibilities.

2/ A solution is needed to have a different logo for Psi and Psi+, two .DOAP files?

Currently it is same here:

  1. It's better to add each *BSD in DOAP file individually, as other XMPP clients have done.

  2. I don't have a solution for this right now :)
