In MUC Room, USER is now ... #787

We can see a lot of: USER is now a visitor USER is now a participant USER is now a moderator USER is now an administrator USER is now an owner USER is now an administrator USER is now a participant and a member USER is now unaffiliated *** USER is now a moderator and an owner

It is "Role" and "Affiliation".

But there is not an option to disable it like others in Options -> Messages -> Groupchat

Can you add it?
