Don't open new windows, play sounds and alert when a carbon message comes from another device, instead silently reuse the already opened window.

why 350 ? It's better to make pull request to upstream

And what about plugins? Upstream doesn't support them and my plugins require some core modifications. Should I post those changes as diffs here then?

Uh, okay. It's just that it has much less plugins than Psi+ but everything should work there. I'll move this PR there then.
