Your pictures tell nothing to me. It seems you have added jabber.ru already and you are trying to do service discovery being disconnected. It does not make sense

And what do you think i should do? Please it needs for my job! You see right. server doesnt work! Maybe other server? i have Windows XP

In account menu select xml console and enable it. not closing the console, try to connect. If you see anything in the console during login, copy it here. If not then it's more low level problem. In this case try any other XMPP client. Gajim for example.

If other clients fail too. Then most likely it's a problem with your system / firewall / router / ISP / etc. If other clients work fine, then it's either a problem with Psi settings (default usually work good), or some magic with your network. And in this case I would like to get access yo your system and debug on your side.
