Добавить функцию отключения гиперссылок #700

Просьба добавить функцию отключения гиперссылок в psi+. К примеру если требуется приватность и psi+ пускаем через прокси, то собеседник отправив ссылку может приватность свести к нулю за счет того что браузер сделает прямое соединение. В случае же отключения такой функции вероятность случайного/неосторожного нажатия сведется к нулю. Спасибо! Функция будет полезна!

да я не прав. опции на самом деле нет и ссылки всегда парсятся безусловно. TextUtil::linkify это делает.

Please add a feature to disable hyperlinks in psi+. For example, if privacy is required and psi+ is launched through a proxy, then the interlocutor by sending a link can reduce privacy to zero due to the fact that the browser makes a direct connection. If this function is disabled, the likelihood of an accidental/careless press will be reduced to zero. Thank you! The function will be useful!
