[osx] Dock icon is bouncing without message #711

In Options -> Events I set Bounce dock to Never yet it bounces every now ("once") and then and what's worse - it does it without any noticeable event (I reckon some PEP notification maybe?).

osx stuff is always more complicated since we lack of osx developers.. But I didn't hear this from other mac users. We have to test it somehow.

I can help (more from user/debug perspective as I lack C/Qt experience).

My version is Psi+ v1.2.125 (2017-12-29, Psi:82a09527, Psi+:d27f6e7, webengine)

OK, after playing a bit more with it it looks like receiving presence packet triggers the issue.

Haven't noticed it for a while, though I haven't been using Psi+ extensively in the recent days. Feel free to close it.
