[osx][feature] Include unreaded muc messages in the notification badge #712

Currently, with notifications turned off, the only way to check if there were new messages in MUC is to open Psi+ and check the windows title (on windows the taskbar item takes title of Psi+ so we have asterisk included so it's noticeable when message arrives).

It would be nice to have it configurable - include all messages or only mentions.
