Continue with ChangeLog entries?

Updating of ChangeLog is very boring and tiresome task. Especially when git commits have very short and not informative description as often happened here.

Could you volunteer you time to preparing of ChangeLog updates for us?

As you may see in this file until version v0.16.361 we had a special team member who did this job.

And of course the list of changes in English should be enough. I am not sure why there were strings in Russian in a same file. It even looks ugly...

1) URL is extremely outdated. 2) Are these messages written by bot? 3) Have you seen our development model? I have wasted a lot of time for documenting it...

And do not be deceived by "rolling release development model" of Psi+. It is always enough stable for regular usage. In contradict to this Psi IM releases are too rare and often do not satisfy users needs.
