[Multirows] Add an option to choice the width of pinned and not pinned tabs #753

Add an option to choice the width of pinned and not pinned tabs, actually it is only 6 characters. Examples with an example tab (contact from roster, mucroom or contact on mucroom):

- [XXX] 
- [XX] e
- [X] ex
- * exam
- exampl

I think we should close this ticket because it will never be fixed. Tabs probably will be removed at all from psi/psi+ ui.

@Vitozz: It must not be removed, tabs function is used by users!
