File Transfer default Save Location is %ProgramFiles%\Psi+, instead of User Profile #766

As it states. The default (file transfer of the recent version 1.4.837) save location is %ProgramFiles%\Psi+, where the user NORMALLY does not have permissions to write.

Instead, it should probably be something like %UserProfile%\Downloads or even within the %localappdata%\psi+\profiles\<profile>\downloads

Sorry, I've moved on from Openfire and Psi+.

Not anymore.
