Was failing to compile with released version of streamly-core-0.2.0. Issue was a change in name of MutableByteArray data type and module name.

I'm merging this. The CI of 9.6.2 only fails because of the cabal.project.user file. See: https://github.com/psibi/streamly-bytestring/pull/39

The stack CI also fails for the same reason. I'll fix the CIs post merge.
