Combine title and menu #184

Is it possible to combine application title and appmenu into a single widget so that they share space? Sort of how this is done in Unity, i.e. menu only appearing on mouse hover or Alt key down.

You can ise window title and window appmemu in irder for this to work inside a latte panel
