Fix build #130

update() method was dropped.

  1. in which kdecoration2 version was dropped?
  2. You need to add kdecoration2 checks like the other classes are doing in order to not lose compatibility with previous kdecoration2 versions

This does indeed fix the build but effectively crashes Latte dock when being installed.

master branch should be now updated and ready for plasma 5.23
