Qml clean up #43

I have cleaned up and simplified large parts of the ActivitiesDeleg and associated components.

I believe I have not dropped any functionality.

I have improved the scrollbars a bit by separating out their animations, now if you only move the workarea in one direction, only one of the scrollbars shows. They also do not show if they cannot possibly move.

Sorry for calling you james, I've just noticed we have the same name Michael. I hope I have merged all your commits. I dont know if during the merge rebase process I have lost something...
