No tooltip when hovering over the icon in the panel #47

There is no tooltip when you hover over the widget when it is in the panel. It would be nice to add one to fit it in with all the other widgets.

This is ok now. I have also updated the translation strings in transifex for anyone wishes to translate the plasmoid in its language.
