Activity desktop widgets not updated on switching #76

Hi again

I feel a bit sorry for reporting so many bugs lately ;) but I hope it is not only annoying but also helps improving the quality.

So, there is a bug I had already longer with the plasmoid but it appeared spuriously and I could not reproduce and it did not appear often. Now it is back again and I have to say that it got annoying enough to report it ;). Might be again a KDE bug unfortunately but I think it appeared only after using the plasmoid. Sometimes when switching activities (through shortcuts, plasmoid UI or even KDE UI) the widgets are not updated to the current activity but stay the same as in the one before. For example now I have in all activities the widgets of the coding activity. I can even interact with them (so it is not an issue of not updating the drawing) and even the "plasma cashew toolbox" says "coding" as activity although the workflow plasmoid shows the right activity I am now in and also the KDE activities bar shows the right activity. I don't remember how it went away the last times but now I cannot get it right anymore without restarting plasma. Cannot say either what causes it, i.e. what steps to do to reproduce as it just happens sometimes that when switching activities the desktop widgets do not get updated. Pausing and restarting activities does not help.

This is for certain a KDE bug. It has happened to me also and I can not understand what triggers it, there is a chance that the WorkFlow plasmoid is too fast for the Activities plasma-desktop mechanism. That is changing so often and so fast between activities... :) I think that when the user base around Activities increase then this bug will appear more often..

If we manage to understand in what situations this occurs then I will report it upstream but without any facts I dont know how to tell the programmers to reproduce....
