TRACKING FISH **stretch goal** #7

As a user, I should be able to click a button to track how many fishes the bear has attempted and caught.

WHEN the user sees the bear card display THEN I should see buttons that track fishes AND add an ATTEMPTED catch button AND add an CAUGHT button AND see time stamps and statuses for the attempts and caught actions of the bear AND see total of fish caught by the bear

@michaelclark2, Just wanted to add this as an issue. This is one of the bonus goals that I plan on completing this week along with the fattest bear. I just wrote down some of the function types that probably will be utilized in coming up with the data.
