Why duplicate Bootstrap? #4

Why include wwwroot/vendor/bootstrap/{css,js} when OrchardCore already contains them? OrchardCore/src/OrchardCore.Modules/OrchardCore.Resources/wwwroot/Scripts/bootstrap.js, OrchardCore/src/OrchardCore.Modules/OrchardCore.Resources/wwwroot/Styles/bootstrap.css.

@jean The theme uses a cloned repo of the original theme designer. Themes don't have to be based on bootstrap even. There are independent of the default admin theme of Orchard Core. However, I should update the bits as it is stale and I believe the owner announced it will be or was updated.
