added compat for Skinned Lanterns #10

Seems okay? I added a medium lantern based on your previous code and added Skinned Lanternst to it, and fine-tuned it in-game to the best settings

But I'm not using 1.19.2, I don't know what's changed, so I'm submitting to 1.18.2

By the way added a Macaw's lights compatibility
