Loving the software, I found it easy to use!
One thing I did notice: in the docs it says that --plddt_filter should be (float, [0-1]). It should say 0-100 since https://github.com/psipred/Merizo/blob/main/model/utils/utils.py#L418 gives a value in 0-100.
