Better CPU Temperature Reporting #14

From what I've researched, what's often exposed through WMI is not actually CPU temperature, but a motherboard temperature monitor.

Seems getting CPU temperature is a much trickier thing and will have to look at existing open source projects that report this information and try to re-use that code some how.

Integrated OpenHardwareMonitor library. CPU Temperature now properly reported across all my windows machines.
