Fuzz this code

Two good options seem to be https://github.com/rust-fuzz/afl.rs and https://github.com/rust-fuzz/honggfuzz-rs, but I didn't look that hard. I should look harder to make sure I didn't miss any promising options then implement at least one fuzzer.
