Plugin not working in Vuepress 1.x.x #27

Hi,

I might be having a slow day, but I've been unable to get this plugin to render. I think I might be missing something.

would someone be able to take a quick look at this minimal example and tell me what I've missed? https://github.com/jamesstidard/tab-help

I'm using a Vuepress 1.x.x release, I've registered the plugin, and copy and pasted the example into a README.md.

I don't see any errors logged, so not sure where to go for here.
