Gemini and PSG Radiance Data do not match. #2

For simulation, Gemini data and PSG data are not comparable. It is not known what is going on. Gemini data looks more correct. However, there is no source to compare Gemini data to. For now, the simulation will use Gemini data.

Note that Gemini data also does not entirely match with itself; the optical and infrared portions of the radiance spectra do not overlap with each other.

Partially superseded by @acaboogert 's PSG data. I will not close this as it is still an outstanding issue. Need to check Adwin's PSG data will Gemini data to see if there are other issues.
