Adding move up and move down button to sidebar #83

I added a MoveUp and MoveDown Button to the Sidebar. This makes it more easy to sort traces and measurements. I used the font awesome code for the icons. Thou the icons are not in the osm font, you may add them. The buttons are tested and work without running in to errors. Love the project btw.

There is already working drag&drop sorting with a mouse/touchpad.
