Multiple calibration values (94/104/114dB) #95

Currently osm can only automatically gain/calibrate to 94db. Is it possible to add 104dB & 114dB? These are common values - Just like 94dB.

@Spacelord09 I do not do official release days normally, only when I definitely know when the next release is coming. And the next is 1.4, and it is soon :)
