Virtual HMD issues. #592

So I managed to get the service working with both HMD systems, virtual HMD and using a third controller, with the camera's and system tracking it perfectly. Freepie bridged also picked up both and I ran the example script in regular freepie. Despite doing all of this steam still doesn't pick them up, even though it picks up PS move controllers perfectly fine.

I have noticed that my steamvr.vrsettings folder deletes the line about multiple drivers every time it runs.
