pairing stops at 3 step windows 10 pro 1809 #712

Pairing stops at 3/7 step and doing nothing, sometimes goes to 2/7.

Thanks, I tried, but now I have problem as in https://github.com/psmoveservice/PSMoveService/issues/708.

Did you try forgetting the device in windows settings?
