Controller Pairing stuck at 3/7 #725

Hello, My psmove is stuck at 3/7 when trying to pair, what happens is :

I connect my psmove with the miniusb cable that came with my ps4

I press "pair controller" and unplug the controller

I then hold on to the ps button and it blinks for 1-2 seconds

after that the red light stays on and windows tells me to "click here to set up your device"

I am using the newer psmove model that was made for the ps4

and I am using this Bluetooth adapter "25pcs/lot Wireless Class1 bluetooth usb adapter Dongle Antenna RT-BT004" (that's what the amazon listing says)

I am using windows 10 on Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

Get ivry psmove on steam. It's for phone VR but you can use it just for pairing, it works fine on windows 10.
