I connected a psvr motion controller to my computer and it showed up as "Motion Controller (COM [random number])" and said "Driver Error". I changed the drivers to libusb-win32 with Zadig and the driver error went away and the charging light started blinking slowly. When I launch PSMoveServiceAdmin (both the original file and the fixed file) it still says "No connected usable controllers". This also happens if I don't change the controller's drivers. Also, Windows recognizes the controllers as "other" instead of game controllers.
