Invalid License in 2013 #1262

What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Will not recognize license on start-up
2. Select license under help and receive "License: LOCAL ERROR"..."This is usually
caused by having the wrong date on your computer...."

What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?

Licensed as full version.  I see Free Version shown instead

What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you are using?
Make sure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455).

V 2.04, build 36612.54

Please provide any additional information below:

Sorry to inconvenience you or cause panic: the 2013 authentication change-over is causing
some people grief, but a fix has been rolled out.  Please try to re-license if you're
still having any issues.
