Rename Archives #1527

Describe the change:
Have a option to rename archives as folder name instead of file name.  Since a lot
of TV archives have improper file names but proper folder names.

Example
Mom.S01E22.HDTV.x264-LOL (folder name)
Mom.122.HDTV.x264-LOL    (File name)

Currently use extractnow to monitor and extract because of the rename function.

Is this possible?  This would combat the 4 digit issue.
