HTML markup in folder names #421

What steps will reproduce the issue?
Folder name "Thomas & Friend - It's Great To Be An Engine! (2004)"
MKV file named "Thomas & Friend - It's Great To Be An Engine! (2004)"
Set movie scraper to IMDB and Amazon.
Amazon scraper is required because IMDB and TMDB does not have this title or many other
kids titles.
Auto scan.

What is the expected output?  
Folder to be named matching Amazon title:
"Thomas The Tank Engine and Friends - It's Great to Be an Engine"
Note, neither the Amazon nor the IMDB beta videos title is 100% correct.

What do you see instead?
The folder is named:
"Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends (series 1984– ) ()"
Notice the HTML markup in the folder name.

What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you using?
1.28.35710.1128

With what media software?
Boxee

Please provide any additional information below:
This also happens with several Sesame Street titles.

The Amazon fetcher is a third-party plugin developed by Ashley Flynn.  He will need
to be contacted to make fixes to the Amazon plugin.  I verified that this issue is
caused by the plugin and not Media Center Master.
