Unable to re-encode quicktime trailers? #681

Couldn't find any documentation of it in the forums but i believe at this point its
a bug.  Using the trailer download feature and having it auto re-encode for a lower
bitrate doesn't seem to be working for anything with the .mov extension, all other
extensions seem to work fine

What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Enable auto download trailer feature
2. Enable auto re-encode at at a lower bitrate
3. Have it attempt to re-encode any video with the .mov extension

Most of the re-encoded videos are around 10-20mb (1300BR, 480) the quicktime movies
are easily 100-150mb

I'd like to see your Help -> Support Info.  It looks like you may be missing FFMPEG.EXE
or security software is not allowing it to run.  I use MCM to automatically re-encode
.MOV trailers all the time.

I don't see anything wrong with your support info.  Please check any security software
you have -- it's possible your computer isn't allowing Media Center Master to run FFMPEG.exe
to convert the video for you.  You can also try running Media Center Master as an Administrator
(right-click, Run as Administrator).

If you're still having issues, let's take this to support (e-mail, forums, or instant
message are all acceptable).
