Update episode information in the list of media as each episode is fetched during a T.V. show fetch #769

What steps will reproduce the issue?
1. Create TV Series, Season 1
2. Create fake episode AVI files 1..N
3. Open media "tree view" in MCM to Season 1 of TV Series
4. Fetch as TV Series

What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?

After the tree control is opened, it is not refreshed.
None of the episode name in the tree control update as they are fetched.
Only when the entire TV series is done is the tree control updated.

What is the exact version of the Media Center Master that you are using?
Make sure you include the build number (example: 1.24.21610.455).

Installation name: Media Center Master v1.30
Installation date: 20110405
Media Center Master: 1.32.23611.486
Windows version: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit)
Windows version (raw): Microsoft Windows NT 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1
